We offer a 14-day return policy for prepaid orders. COD orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges
Return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Refunds
- Notification will be sent upon receipt and inspection of your return.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
