Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for prepaid orders. COD orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Eligibility

• Item must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Provide receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

• Send returns to: Plot 379, Sector 68, IMT Faridabad, India.
• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and report any defects, damage, or incorrect items immediately.

Non-returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Return the original item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds

• Notification will be sent upon receipt and inspection of your return.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
